MEVARIA combines business management with software that really reflects how a business runs. We start with the question an owner has in the morning, not with the tool.

MEVARIA – Measure Variance
Variance is the gap between what a business wanted to achieve and what actually happened. We measure this gap and turn it into a decision. Our work always follows the same four steps.
- Understand the goalBefore anything is measured, it is clear what should apply: which ratio, which contribution margin, which staff costs per shift.
- Hold the actual against itThe actual value comes from the receipts and bills that are created anyway. The difference to the goal is the real information.
- Create transparencyEvery deviation gets a cause: a wrongly booked credit note, a missing invoice, a higher purchase price. A figure without a cross-check remains a claim.
- Recommend and implementAt the end there is a decision. And because we build the software ourselves, the change lands where it takes effect.

Who is behind it
MEVARIA is a sole proprietorship founded by Hesham Al-Hariri, founder and owner. You speak directly with the person who decides and is responsible for the software.

By email to info@mevaria.com and via help ticket in the app. Reply by the next working day at the latest; POS faults take priority. There is no line staffed around the clock; we would rather say so up front.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It belongs to you. You receive your complete data on request as CSV and SQL files at no extra cost; uploaded files such as receipt photos are not included. After that, data is deleted according to the statutory retention periods: what must be kept for tax purposes stays that long, everything else is deleted.
You are small. What if MEVARIA no longer exists?
You do not have to rely on it: your data can be exported completely in formats other systems can read, and MEVARIA runs in the browser without special hardware. Moving away from MEVARIA remains possible, on purpose.
Who is liable in a cash register inspection?
The business owner is liable for the correctness of their records; this cannot be shifted by contract. MEVARIA records every receipt with a TSE signature, keeps a journal with an audit trail, provides the DSFinV-K export and helps with the procedural documentation.
Where is my data, and who can access it?
In data centres in the EU. MEVARIA only accesses your data through a support access: time-limited, logged, visible to you and revocable at any time. Permanent access only with your approval.
How fast does support reply?
By the next working day at the latest, by email or via the help ticket in the app. POS faults take priority.
