Quandoo is closing

The Quandoo alternative with no fee per guest.

Quandoo stopped taking bookings on 30/09/2026 and shuts down on 31/12/2026. Until then you can export your data. With MEVARIA you import guests and future bookings by CSV and swap the widget on your website.

Moving in six steps

Start with the export, even if you switch later.

  1. Export your data from QuandooDownload your guest list and bookings as CSV files. According to Quandoo this is possible until 31/12/2026.
  2. Create your accountUnder Get started choose MEVARIA Table Reservations. Your account is ready right away.
  3. Import guestsIn the guest book via Import. Existing names are skipped, never overwritten.
  4. Import bookingsThe import shows a preview first and takes a snapshot before it applies anything.
  5. Set up your booking pageOpening hours, booking rules and your legal notice and privacy policy. The page only goes live with these details.
  6. Swap the widget and linksReplace the Quandoo widget on your website with the MEVARIA code, and the booking link in your Google Business Profile.

What is not possible yet

MEVARIA does not offer deposits or no-show fees yet. It also does not come with a booking network that sends you new guests: your guests book directly with you, through your page, your widget or your link.

Until when can I export my data from Quandoo?

According to Quandoo, until 31/12/2026. After that the data can no longer be retrieved. Export your guest list and bookings now, even if you switch later.

What happens to bookings after 30/09/2026?

They remain valid and Quandoo forwards them to your restaurant. Import them into MEVARIA as CSV and they appear in your reservation book.

Which columns does the import need?

For bookings the date (booking_date) and time (start_time), optionally party size, name, email, phone, status and note. For guests a first or last name is enough.

Does MEVARIA charge a fee per guest?

No. You pay a fixed monthly price per location, however many guests book.

Do I have to rebuild my website?

No. You replace one line: the Quandoo widget with the MEVARIA code. Without a website you use the MEVARIA booking page with its own address.
